Brad starts the week in Melbourne before running alongside Lily on the bike Brady grinds out a tough day at Bundoora, then recruits a new coach for his Chicago Marathon block.   Oli Hoare takes out the Emsley Carr Mile in 3:49.03 at the London Diamond League, just holding off Narve Nordas, while Stewy McSweyn came 5th in 3:49.59, Cameron Myers 6th in 3:50.16 and Adam Spencer finished in 3:55.49. Catriona Bisset posted a season best of 1:58.12 as Keely Hodgekinson streaked away to better her own National Record in 1:54.61. London Diamond League Results   Gemma Maini and Dave Ridley each take out the Run Melbourne Half Marathon, while Leanne Pompeani and James Hansen were the winners from the 10k.
