Before making his mark in talent consultancy, Justin honed his craft in broadcast communications during a 7 year tenure at Markettiers in London, where he ascended to senior leadership.

In 2010, Justin founded MCG Talent in Dubai with a singular vision: to bridge the gap between discerning businesses and top-tier talent across the vibrant MENA and APAC regions, focusing on communications, marketing, creative, and digital recruitment, with offices strategically located across these dynamic regions.

His strategic investments have yielded remarkable successes, including the acquisition of Diversely.io by The Access Group in 2023, a groundbreaking platform revolutionizing diversity in hiring. Additionally, Justin's venture into the educational sphere with Ampersand culminated in a profitable exit, underscoring his entrepreneurial acumen and vision.
