Josephine Sundqvist the Secretary-General – CEO of LM International (Läkarmissionen) came on the podcast. We explored development and the importance of partnership. Why focusing on empowerment is more efficient than maximizing short term returns. Why it might be the right ove for companies as well to stop thinking of profits as the end and instead see it as a means for something greater. We also speak of faith and leadership and the importance of hope.
