Tom Do Canto joins the show this week as he looks to toe the line again for the 2021 Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival on winning his debut marathon back in the 2016 edition, as well as his victory in the 2019 Melbourne Half Marathon. As the resident Shoe Geek, there is also discussion about the shoes used in these races and his choice looking ahead.

Leanne Pompeani won the NSW 3000m Championships overall in 9:06.85, just ahead of Aynslee Van Graan who won the NSW state title. Kieran Tall won the men’s race in a close contest, outkicking Craig Huffer in the final lap to win in a time of 8:05.61, with Ben St Lawrence coming third. Athletics NSW Report Results
