I was very fortunate to get Derrick @dufflebagchef, owner of Mother Clucker in the studio this week. He has a really cool story and amazing life as a Culinary Institute of Art degree graduate and business owner of a great franchise called Mother Clucker. We sat down and talked about some great places to eat and drink in Kansas City, who has the best fast food fried chicken, underground chefs, speak easy's, and more.
