What Drives Your Health | Top Catalysts For Big Health Improvements

This is our What Drives Your Health show where we give specific focus to our health and wellness. The vehicle that drives all we do. In this episode I wanted to hear from people who have made significant health improvements and what their catalyst was. I asked listeners to share their health accomplishments. I asked to hear from people who were out of shape and possibly ill...and got fit and healthy, and what was the catalyst for them. What triggered them to finally make change and commit to it? My cohost is Randy James, medical doctor and Functional Medicine expert, and my dear friend. Dr James and I talked through comments that included, chronic back pain and back injury, weight gain due to health problems and medication, committing to health due to responsibility to family, and not wanting to be a future burden to family, spinal surgery recovery, and family history of heart attacks. The discussion was rich on what caused these folks to take big action on their health and we didn’t get to half the responses and will continue in the next What Drives Your Health episode. This should give many of you some significant inspiration and equipping to make any big changes you may be looking for in your own health and wellness journey.
