I could punch last year me in the teeth - 2023 REFLECTION

It's time for our longest running podcast tradition...a little commotional drumroll for our annual reflection! It has always been so fun to look back at where we were the year prior and be able to see just how far we've come....until this year, when we looked back and saw just how much one of us has backslid into the pits of depression and self doubt. And because the podcast can only handle one of us being down at a time, Ciara's reflection is here to be our significantly more uplifting and positive life raft! We can't even begin to thank you all for being with us for another whole year. We still feel like we're just getting started and feel so lucky to have so many wonderful people to share it with along the way! We hope you all are able to be kind to yourself as we begin a new year and enter into the next season safely and with an abundance of whatever it is you need.
