Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and gently close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, filling your lungs with fresh air, and exhale slowly, releasing any tension or stress from your body. Bring your awareness to the present moment. Feel the support of the surface beneath you and the gentle rise and fall of your breath. Allow yourself to fully arrive in this moment, letting go of any thoughts or distractions. Hold it gently in your awareness, acknowledging any emotions or thoughts associated with it. With each breath, visualize yourself facing this challenge with confidence and resilience. Imagine yourself navigating through this challenge with grace and poise. Visualize yourself tapping into your inner strength, making wise decisions, and overcoming obstacles along the way. See yourself emerging from this experience stronger and wiser. As you continue to breathe, invite a sense of trust and faith in yourself and the journey you are on. Trust that you have everything within you to face challenges and emerge victorious. Know that you possess the resilience to bounce back from adversity. Take a few more moments to bask in the energy of inner strength and resilience. Express gratitude for the strength that resides within you.
