The Delphi Murders: The Westville Recordings

This episode features our discussion about some recent back-and-forth between the prosecution and defense in Richard Allen's case regarding the matter of subpoenas. The defense successfully quashed a subpoena relating to Allen's mental health treatment in Westville Correctional Center, but Judge Fran Gull declined to quash another subpoena about recordings taken at the prison. We'll discuss what all this could mean.
