S1E2 History of Idaho Falls Baseball - 80th Season of Professional Baseball in Idaho Falls

General Manager Kevin Greene will talk about the incredible history of baseball in Idaho Falls. He’ll speak to all the notable players that have come through the city in the last 80 years and also cover the history of the ballpark, not just Melaleuca Field built in 2008, but all the professional stadiums in Idaho Falls which have always been on this same lot. Also, not only did the Idaho Falls Chukars win the 2019 Pioneer League Championship, the team had its highest attendance since 2007 and the Chukars contributed over $80,000 in charitable donations throughout the 2019 season.


Kevin Greene, President and General Manager of the Idaho Falls Chukars, was named 2019 Pioneer League Executive of the Year, it was the 5th time in his 27-year career as the President and General Manager of the Idaho Falls Chukars, previously winning the award in 1995, 1998, 2001 and 2013.
