International motivational speaker Simerjeet Singh has led a life of bold decisions by questioning the status quo. His own life events have been a source of inspiration for many an aspiring soul. In this series of tales from his life, Simerjeet Singh reveals how his internship happened at Hotel Surya in New Delhi, what kind of aspirations he had as he stepped into the hotel on his first day, and how a reality check brought him back to ground zero. His challenges started with the realization that reality was miles away from what he had imagined. Simerjeet quickly reoriented his thoughts to accept the change and move on.
Simerjeet Singh also has several pertinent messages for the stakeholders of the Hotel Management industry.
As a trainee himself years ago, he was impacted by the stark difference in the guest entrance and staff entrance, and his appeal is simply to follow the Ritz Carlton's philosophy of "We are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen."
