Claire Gillman is an experienced journalist, editor and writer. She has written over 25 books, including The Healing Therapies Bible, Best of Boys: Helping Your Sons through their Teenage Years and You and Your Ageing Parent: How to Balance Your Needs and Theirs. She is an editor and mentor for Jericho Writers (formerly the Writers' Workshop) and has enjoyed helping many aspiring writers to realise their dream of becoming a published author. Claire is also the editor of Kindred Spirit magazine. She's written on alternative health, parenting and spirituality for many women's magazines, The Times and other national newspapers. She was the editor of a number of consumer women's magazines including Health & Fitness magazine.
