Episode 203: Self-Worth and Navigating the Inner Critic with Sarah Simon

Episode 203: Self-Worth and Navigating the Inner Critic with Sarah Simon

Today's podcast will bring you back to your heart and remind you of your innate goodness. Sarah Simon (aka the The Mint Gardener as she is known on Instagram) joins us to discuss self-worth, creating and navigating the inner critic. Sarah shares how getting let go from a corporate job and spraining her ankle was an invitation to tap back into her creativity, which changed her career trajectory. Sarah shares so much wisdom on how we can practice coming back to center when the inner critic gets loud or when our sense of self-worth is challenged. These insights can apply to us whether we are making art, preparing a slide deck, cooking dinner or writing a speech.

Share your takeaways with Sarah and me on Instagram @OneWade and @TheMintGardener
