Matthew Ward, Founder of A Life Recovered, shares his story of addiction and recovery. Matthew was adopted and grew up in a loving family on the East Coast. He struggled with addiction from his teens to 30s going from prep school to the military to rehab. Matthew shares his story of finding sobriety and gives his best advice to help others. Since getting sober Matthew founded the Instagram account @aliferecovered to share other people’s stories of finding freedom from addiction.
