Roxanne Mykitiuk is an Osgoode Hall law professor and director of the Disability Law Intensive Program at York University and Trudo Lemmens is a professor at the University of Toronto. They explore the ethical issues around assessing the value of a life and share their list of precautions to help safeguard the rights of persons with disabilities during COVID-19.
