2021 has been a whirlwind of a year filled with hugely positive manifestations mixed with trauma and loss. I had to step away for a bit because my best friend (my Golden Retriever) passed away, I accepted a career promotion at the University of Cincinnati in the College of Medicine, and I moved across the country for the first time in my life. All of this was happening in the summer/fall of this year. They are big changes to navigate through, but even majorly positive manifestations also require adapting and adjusting to your newly up-leveled life.

Now that 2021 is ending and we're gearing up for 2022, I’m kicking off new episodes of the Manifest It! podcast with the beautiful and talented Mona Loring, CEO of MLC PR, Conscious Living PR, and the Conscious Healing Podcast. She's an intuitive and intelligent Gemini Queen who works with prominent Hollywood and entertainment industry figures.
