301. Stanford Psychologist Dr. Kelly McGonigal on Why Stress Is Good For You and How Stress Can Make You Stronger

Studies show that the BELIEF that stress is harmful is far more toxic than the actual stress itself. Dr. Kelly McGonigal will fundamentally change your entire relationship to stress through her incredible teachings. She's grown a massive following (including O Magazine's FIRST Visionary Award), because of her powerful advocacy of MINDSET shifts around stress. Kelly says that stress is simply: "what arises in your brain and in your body when something that you care about is at stake."
