The BMA has decided not to cancel private sector new year countdown parties, however city hall has canceled their new year celebrations. A Pattaya bar was raided for the 6th time after the first 5 times to try and close down the bar have had no effect. A drug bust involving punching bags from Thailand to Australia and Cannabis.
