A bar fight broke out in the early hours of the morning at the YES Pattaya pub, injuring over six people. The incident occurred at 3:20 am when two groups of young adults clashed. In other news, Thailand's 45-day visa exemption for visitors from around 60 countries has been reduced back to 30 days. Meanwhile, a 31-year-old man has been arrested for burning down a floating restaurant in Phang Nga. He admitted to pouring gasoline on the restaurant before setting it on fire and watching it burn. For travel enthusiasts, the Transport Company has announced that it will operate 4,500 daily trips on state-owned and private buses and vans during the upcoming Songkran holidays. The buses will carry people from Bangkok to other provinces. Additionally, after a three-year hiatus due to the pandemic, Bangkok will celebrate the Songkran festival with major festivities.
