Welcome to the Keto Mom page. My name is Stephanie, and we are traveling. We are in Oklahoma now and headed to Texas on an adventure.

Actually, we're going to an event. Our company is having an event this weekend. It's like a business celebration of the year and what's to come for ketones. There will be a lot of fun things we'll be talking about and learning. So I'm super excited about that.

So while we're traveling, I wanted to give you a couple things to think about. I do remind people if you enjoyed yourself during the holidays, it didn't wreck everything. The biggest thing with cheat days, traveling, or not eating well during the holidays, is getting back on track. How to get back on track, that's the biggest thing.

Everything you do throughout your day is a choice, even if you're traveling. Every day, you choose what to eat, your attitude, being mindful, thankful, or crabby. You also choose the food that you put in your mouth and what you drink. So it doesn't really matter if you're at home or you're traveling. You always have a choice.
