Cheat Days Turn Into Habits! Let's Stay Focused On-the-go | Ep.148

I want to give you a little update on our traveling. I have people ask me if I cheated, or if I'm cheating. And so, I want to talk to you about cheat meals, a cheat day, or eating on vacation. I want to talk about how a cheat meal, when done too much, can turn into a habit.

We've been traveling quite a bit with our family. I'm a homeschool mom, we have four daughters and we all live in Minnesota. We are in Florida right now, we were in the Bahamas for a week, but we're back in West Palm Beach now.

How do you stay on track on vacation?

How do you get back on track after vacation?

I am not perfectly strict on keto. I drink ketones, I'm low-carb, and I intermittently fast almost every single day. So I intermittently fast, I drink ketones, I'm carb-conscious, and I really eat a lot of protein. So just in case I choose to cheat, I have something that gets me back on track.
