#33 If you ain't first you're last: what's wrong with our rating and review systems

Today I tackle a personal issue: the misuse of a scaled rating/review system, primarily seen in customer service. I had an experience that we are all familiar with, "Give us a review, anything less than a 10/10 or 5/5 is failing for our standard..."
