#328 I Went to Joel Osteen's Church!

This Sunday I wanted to see for myself if the hype of the prosperity gospel that Joel Osteen preaches was real. While he wasn't personally preaching, the messaging fit the expectation set and I can firmly conclude that what Lakewood Church offers is NOT the Gospel, but rather a false gospel. It sounds right and uses a lot of the same language but it is guilty of the sin of omission. It offers a glimpse of the gospel, but not the entirety which ultimately makes it a false Gospel. As a fun bonus I retell the classic naked alarm clock story as a callback to the last episode's crazy guy story. Let me hear your thoughts on Osteen and send in your crazy guy stories!
