NPR Legal Affairs Correspondent Nina Totenberg joins AC360 to discuss the high court and its recent decisions. Plus, hundreds of sea lions and dolphins have washed up dead or sick in California. CNN Senior National Correspondent David Culver tells AC360 the likely culprit. To learn more about how CNN protects listener privacy, visit cnn.com/privacy Learn more about your ad choices.
