'A tale of growth and inner peace' with Keshav Sharma

Sometimes, some people come into your life in the most unexpected ways and they have a remarkably positive impact on you. Keshav is a friend of mine who helped me conceive this podcast that you listen to and you’ve told me that you like. He was the one who helped me narrow down my thoughts, come up with a specific idea that I could begin with. He also taught me the softwares, the editing - everything. But more than that, he kept pushing me to make this happen, he ensured I kept moving forward even when I doubted everything. All that he’s done for me and this podcast was reason enough for me to bring him on and talk to him. But there is a lot more to this person - He is a regular corporate junkie turned a parkour athlete and a coach, he’s a yoga practitioner, and will soon be a teacher, he has his own podcast called moving forests, he also has a couple of businesses including an content consulting business, and he’s also a filmmaker - he does ad films, he does documentary films, and just worth a quick mention he’s a part of history. He was a part of the team that made the documentary - The elephant whisperers, the one that brought home the oscar, and he was recently invited along with the film’s team for a special screening at the Rashtrapati Bhawan by the president of India. He likes to downplay everything he does, which is also a quality I admire sometimes, but there’s so much about him that I want to know because his experiences are diverse and rich. We agreed to record this podcast to capture his super fresh 10-day vipassana meditation experience in Rajasthan. But we went with the flow, took detours, pulled new threads and had a great time doing that.
