Feminine Rites of Rage with Vanessa Beauchamp from Weaving Hearth

Vanessa is an extremely talented writer and creative, working to guide women in reclaiming their fire.

I this episode, Vanessa shares her wisdom around the neglected, rejected and repressed parts of ourselves - as mothers and women; the split between the mother and the whore, the othering in the 'healer' world, what a true Matriarchal home can look like, the suppression rather than expression of what we feel as women and the detrimental ways this is feeding into the collective.

We discuss the ways in which men have been granted permission to feel their rage and their fire, yet we have not as women; the ways we've been conditioned to override our sensory experiences instead of inviting them in; the ways in which we can clear the bloodlines of our ancestry and the unspoken shadow side of motherhood.

The most important take away for me was the rembering that EVERYTHING walks with it's opposite; therefore when we push away our rage, we also push away our desire! I know you'll love this chat about uncovering our pains as women, to be able to experience the inflow of it's polar opposite - JOY!
