Feel the gentle blades of grass beneath you, supporting and cradling your body. PAUSE… You hear the gentle sound of a nearby stream, The cool water flowing and rippling over rocks and pebbles. Slowly you walk towards it, And step inside. PAUSE… The cool water of the stream slowly washes over your toes, Relaxing and soothing any areas of tension or discomfort. Feel the refreshing water cover your feet and ankles, Relaxing them completely. PAUSE… You step in deeper into the stream, And feel the water cover your legs, Feel it relaxing each muscle with each gentle wave. It soothes you, calms you, And all the tension and stress releases from your legs. LONG PAUSE… You sink a little further into the welcoming water, And can feel it touch your hips and your lower back. Imagine the water gathering all the stress, The worries, The heaviness, And taking it from you as it floats away, Leaving everything submerged within it deeply relaxed. LONG PAUSE… The water feels so soothing, That you easily drop yourself down further, Lowing your belly, chest and arms into it. PAUSE… The welcoming water calms your belly, Softens your heart, And releases any tension in your arms. PAUSE… Listen to the gentle sounds of the stream, Carrying away the day, And holding you in her softness. LONG PAUSE… Gently and briefly, You slowly lower your entire head into the water, And feel as it touches your chin, Your mouth, Your cheeks, Your eyes, And the crown of your head. PAUSE… For just a moment, you feel the water surround you, Cleanse you, And relax you. PAUSE… Your head rises, And you fill your lungs with sweet air, As you lay on your back, And float in the stream. PAUSE… Your entire body is held in love, Saturated with deep relaxation from the water. This lullaby is here just for you, Unconditionally.  PAUSE… So relax your body, clear your mind, And open yourself to her. She’ll take all that you will give,  So let go if you prefer.  LONG PAUSE… Let your breathing slow you down, Feel the rhythm ease. Notice your body soften now,  The tension really decrease.  PAUSE… Do you hear that lullaby, Playing just for you?  Each note was created especially, To cradle and comfort you.  PAUSE… Slower, Slower, And slower you go,  Lightness is in your heart. Softer, Softer, And softer you melt, Trust this sacred part.  LONG PAUSE… In this moment as you rest,  Let all those worries go.  Feel them fall to the ground,  Dissolving down below.  PAUSE… All those fears and all that pain, All the parts inside, That haunt and even shame you, You always try to hide.  PAUSE… Here those parts don’t need to be, Hidden or even shamed. As the day comes to a close, And your body longs to rest.  See if you can open up, And fulfill one last request.  PAUSE… This moment gently brings you, To the ending of your day. Now see if you can reflect on, All that happened today.  So let your breath relax you, And bring you deep inside, As it slows with every exhale,  Melting you open and wide.  PAUSE… Breathe… Slower and slower it flows.  Breathe… From your head to your toes.  LONG PAUSE… This moment is so special, A chance for you to be, One with your true nature, Open, honest and free.  PAUSE… Reflect on all that happened, And how you felt throughout. How did you feel joy today? When did you feel doubt?  PAUSE… What did you learn about yourself, How can you now expand, The lessons within these happenings,  Are here to understand. PAUSE… Who was super sweet to you, And to whom were you kind?  Who brought a smile to your face? And to whom were you blind?  PAUSE… Feel your body filling up,  With gratitude and with grace. What blessings you have all around,  Right in front of your face.  LONG PAUSE… Perhaps this day was actually tough, And felt like a really rough ride.  Maybe there were moments that hurt, You were in pain and cried.  PAUSE… Maybe you felt the building up, Of so many stresses today. How long has been since you sat with yourself, With no one else around? PAUSE… Take a deep breath and close your eyes, As we seek that quiet once again. It’s time to see what’s changed within, Since the last time you checked in. PAUSE… There’s so much energy around us, From people and their devices and machines. And though we need these things a lot of the time, They’re not necessary as much as we think. PAUSE… Once we let these distractions into our lives, It gets harder and harder to say no. And once we stop making space for the quiet, We forget that we need it at all. PAUSE…   It’s so easy to get caught up in the hum of it all, To go with society’s flow. But when we start to crave that hum over other things, It’s a sign we might need to let go. LONG PAUSE… Inhale and pull peace deep into your body, hear only the sound of your breath. Exhale and assess how much calmer you feel, as the peace flows from cell to cell. PAUSE… The answers we seek from those around us, Can be both helpful and not. But the answers we seek from our spirit Are always on the mark. PAUSE… There’s certainly value in connection. No one wants to figure out life all alone. There’s another sort of connection, though, And it’s older and wiser than most. PAUSE… This connection doesn’t need wi-fi. It runs without battery or plug. It only requires your commitment, And a willingness to both listen and hear. PAUSE… And unlike so many other platforms, That tend to steal away pieces of you. Your silent connection to spirit Returns what’s lost as it pays dividends. LONG PAUSE… Take a deeper breath this time, sink deeper into the quiet. Send your distractions away as you exhale, leaving your mind clear and ready. PAUSE… Ideally, we’re looking for balance, A way to thrive inside and out. But until you know how much is too much, It’s too hard to make the call. PAUSE… So take a little away from the world, A peaceful respite now and then. Pay attention as the feelings and thoughts bubble up, And look for the messages they hold. PAUSE… If you struggle to find their meaning, Sit with your questions for a while. Use the clear, quiet space to sort it all out, And lean into what makes it okay. PAUSE… Trust what your inner voice tells you, Now that you’ve given her a chance. She knows what you need before you do, And her signal is constantly strong. LONG PAUSE… Breathe in as you imagine a grounded new you, hopeful, inspired, and at peace. Breathe out with the knowledge that you know what to do, now that you’ve tuned the dial. The thing that matters most? The thing that makes your life worthwhile, And encompasses all of your hopes? PAUSE… It’s different for each one of us, Whether a concrete or intangible thing. It’s the essence of what we hold sacred, The reason our hearts can sing. PAUSE… For some of us, it’s our children, Those precious, angelic gifts. For others, it’s our parents, The souls who allowed us to exist. PAUSE… Others live to love their pets, The animals who brighten their lives. And many more live for their art, Their creations helping humanity to survive. PAUSE…   So what is the thing that lights you up,  That makes your existence worthwhile? What eases your load and keeps you striving, No matter how challenging the trial? LONG PAUSE… Take a breath and picture it, the gem in your heart’s crown. Release the breath with gratitude, giving thanks for what you’ve found. PAUSE… Think about the peace this gift gives you, The joy and satisfaction. Think about what it adds to your days, The way it guides the laws of attraction. PAUSE… We would likely do anything, To hold on to this gift. To keep it safe and well and strong, To protect and watch over it. PAUSE… What does it do to your body, When you give it your full focus? Does it warm your heart, or stir your mind, Or just give you something to trust? PAUSE… The things that make us joyful, Also give us strength. They remind us what to hold onto, And what to keep at length. LONG PAUSE… Inhale and pull the power of love inside. Exhale and vow to share the best you can provide. PAUSE… Whatever you choose to give the world, And whatever it gives you in return, The impact grows in both directions, Because of the love lessons you learn. PAUSE… So your vision is important,  The treasures you see have meaning. And the sights you end up holding most dear, Are proof the universe is intervening. PAUSE… It points us to our greatest good, To what we’re meant to give. It rewards us when we zero in, And find purpose as we live. PAUSE… Acknowledge your blessings, dear one. Feel them with you at every step. Build your world around what you love, And know there’s always more you can accept. LONG PAUSE… Breathe in and pull your priorities close, the gifts that shape your life. Think about what it takes to rise, Beyond the world we see. PAUSE… Let a bird be your inspiration, No matter the color or size. It’s their freedom we hope to replicate, Their wildness, the ultimate prize. PAUSE… Imagine if you were gifted wings, The choice to take to the skies. To flap your way across the beautiful blue, As higher and higher you rise. PAUSE… Would you go far, travel the world? Or stay close and rediscover your home? What sights call out to your curiosity? What journey inspires you to roam? PAUSE…   Would you fly over all, just taking it in, Or would you dip lower to see? Is the flying itself the greatest joy, Or are there things you must view to believe? LONG PAUSE… Take a breath and imagine your voyage, the freedom to go where you choose. Release the breath with a smiling heart, full of the gift of adventure. PAUSE… What would it be like to simply take flight Whenever your heart felt the pull? You could go anywhere, see anyone, Take off when your daily life felt dull. PAUSE… Perhaps you might even spot a new home, As you’re darting around in the sky. A place that would comfort and soothe and inspire, While keeping you warm and safe and dry. PAUSE… You just never know what exists in the beyond, What lies waiting for you to fly over. The gift of wings could change everything, Pull all of your dreams even closer. PAUSE… And then there’s the unfamiliar feeling, Which must be simply wondrous. The drafting, the floating, the dipping, the soaring, Zooming and flowing between winds so blusterous. LONG PAUSE… Inhale as you picture yourself as free as the wind. Exhale the breath joyfully, let your spirit tumble and spin.  PAUSE… And perhaps, while you’re up there, You’ll encounter some friends. You’ll fly in formation,  Stay in sync as you ascend. PAUSE… Relying completely on the compass within, You’ll head where you’re intended to be. And when you arrive, you won’t be alone, For friendship is a guarantee. PAUSE… When the time comes to go back, Your group will gather around you. You’ll fly home altogether, Each one made stronger by the miles you flew. PAUSE… So now that you’ve envisioned All the pleasure flight brings, The next time you’re wishing, You might ask for wings. LONG PAUSE… Breathe in and imagine your gorgeous bird self. Far away from the thoughts, And the movement of your mind.  PAUSE… Sink a little further, And as you do, allow your body to stretch. Straighten your arms,  And your legs out wide, As far as they can reach. Hold them here for a moment,  Squeezing and gathering up every bit of pain, Stress, And detail inside.  PAUSE… And then exhale,  And release the stretch, Letting it all go,  And softening your body even further. LONG PAUSE… Now place your hand, On the side of your head, And slowly pull it down to one side, Stretching the side of your neck. PAUSE… Breathe into the stretch, Expanding the space inside, And inviting in relief. PAUSE… Now reverse the stretch, Gently pulling your head down from the other side,  Feeling the stretch on the other side of your neck. Breathe… And feel every fiber stretch out all that tension.  PAUSE… And then release the stretch, And feel the warmth of the relief, As you melt further into bed. LONG PAUSE… Feel into your body, And bring your attention to your neck.  Imagine all the points of pain, All those spots of tension, Are glowing soft red.  PAUSE… Breathe into those places, From the bottom of your skull, Down the sides of your neck, And into the contours of your upper shoulders. PAUSE… Imagine everything opening, And softening.  Opening, And softening, As you breathe in relief, And breathe out tension.  LONG PAUSE… Notice that the soft red glow, Becomes a little dimmer now, And your head feels a little lighter.  PAUSE… Now imagine your spine stretching, From the bottom of your back, All the way up to the top of your neck. Pulling, Extending,  Straightening. Opening up the space between every vertebrae. One by one, Making space, And releasing the pain.  LONG PAUSE… The glowing red dims again,  Almost completely. And your body feels spacious. And then exhale,  And release.  PAUSE… Breathe in deep one more time, Gathering up all the worries, the plans, the details. Hold it at the top, And then release,  Breathing all of it out. PAUSE… Let your breathing settle into a soft, Gentle rhythm, As you bring yourself inside. Notice the slow rising, And falling, Of your belly and chest.  Notice the cool air on your nose as you breathe in, And the warm air on your nose as you breathe out.  Notice the soft sounds of the night, Humming lightly in the background.  Be here, And just breathe. LONG PAUSE… Now imagine a soft, indigo blue light, Hovering just above your head. See if you can feel its warmth, Melting onto you, And covering you with peace. PAUSE… Feel it gently cover and soften your forehead, Your eyes, Your cheeks, And your lips.  Let your jaw release, And drop your tongue from the roof of your mouth.  Feel your entire face soften and relax. PAUSE… Imagine the indigo light falling gently, Down your neck,  Covering your shoulders, And traveling down your right arm, And your left arm.  PAUSE… Imagine the indigo light, Pulling out the tension, Releasing the stress, And relaxing you deep, Deep, Into the night.  LONG PAUSE… The soft glow of the indigo light, Slowly moves down your body, Blanketing your stomach, And your hips. You feel it streaming down your back, From the top of your neck, Down, down, down, To the bottom of your spine. Slowly relaxing you, As you let go, Release, And allow your body to sink into the night.  LONG PAUSE… The warm glow of the indigo light, Descends down the expanse of your right leg, Then your left leg, Relaxing the thighs, Your knees, Your ankles, And your feet. PAUSE… Allow any remaining thoughts, Worries, Or emotions, To float down, Down, Out of you, Releasing themselves into the darkness, And floating far, Far away, From you. LONG PAUSE… Feel your body softly hum, With the comforting vibrations of the loving indigo light.  She covers you tonight, As you melt deeper into the safe arms of sleep. And then release your breath, All the way out. PAUSE… Another full inhale now, Filling up from your toes,  All the way up to the crown of your head. Holding it at the top for a moment. And then exhaling with a sigh, Releasing all the air,  All the tension, As you melt a little deeper into your bed.  PAUSE… Be here,  Relaxing into a soothing, slow rhythm, Of breathing in, And breathing out.  PAUSE… Inhaling just a bit deeper each time your breathe in, And exhaling just a little longer each time you breathe out.  PAUSE… Breathe… And relax. LONG PAUSE… All day long,  Little pieces of toxicity have entered your body, And snuck into your mind.  PAUSE… The food you ate, The water your drank, The words that landed upon your ears, The visions that played before your eyes, And the thoughts that bubbled up in your head.  PAUSE… They’ve accumulated within you, And now you can consciously let them go, Clearing your mind,  Cleansing your body, Leaving you light and free.  LONG PAUSE… So see if you can imagine a soft, gentle hand hovering over you.  She’s warm and kind, And places herself on your heart. PAUSE… Like a magnet, she calls all those pieces of toxicity to her, And one by one, They come. Releasing their hold on you, And landing in this gentle hand. PAUSE… Your heart immediately feels lighter, Cleaner, And whole.  LONG PAUSE… The gentle hand finds her way to your belly. You feel the warm energy of her touch, And see her calling all those pieces to her. PAUSE… One by one they leave you, Leaving everything in this area clean, And clear.  LONG PAUSE… The soft hand places herself on both your legs, And the toxins are in her pull. PAUSE… Feel them gather up and release their hold, From your toes,  Your feet, Your ankles, Up to your knees, And all the way to your hips.  PAUSE… Your legs are clean, And clear.  LONG PAUSE… The gentle hand now hovers over your back. Watch as all the toxins detach from your lower back, Slowly up your spine, All the way up to your neck, Releasing their hold, Helpless against the magnetic pull of the detoxifying hand.  LONG PAUSE… Now feel the warmth on the crown of your head, As the soft hand rests here. Millions of toxic pieces swim in your mind, And one by one,  They are pulled into the palm of the loving hand.  PAUSE… Let her absorb them all,  Releasing the toxins from your mind, Leaving you clean, And clear.  LONG PAUSE… Rest now, dear one,  And float through the land of dreams.
