Accused wife-killer lawyer Tex McIver: Witness tampering?

Prominent Atlanta lawyer Tex McIver, accused in the shooting death of his wife, is allegedly using the jail telephone to influence witnesses in the murder case against him. McIver also called a judge’s wife hoping she would help him get out on bond, according to the Fulton County, Georgia, prosecutor.
