'Walmart monster' convicted sex predator kidnaps, assaults 8-yr-old girl from popular superstore

The same Florida jury that quickly decided Donald Smith was guilty of kidnapping, murdering and raping 8-year-old Cherish Perrywinkle must now decide if the convicted predator will get the death penalty for his crimes.
