Patrice is a therapist. She did not struggle with her weight until age fifty, when the cycle of diet programs began. She would lose, then gain. By January of 2020, Patrice had reached her highest weight of 197 pounds. A friend shared intermittent fasting, along with Gin’s books and podcasts. Patrice just knew that IF was the answer.
