Juliette is a stay-at-home-mom to her four children. She began to struggle with her weight beginning in her twenties, and she also struggled with an eating disorder. Juliette suffered from Lupus and several other health conditions. She was very sick and very depressed.

In October of 2019, a friend shared IF and Delay, Don’t Deny, and Juliette began her IF journey right away. She felt better immediately! Her severe fatigue, brain frog, and migraines all disappeared. She has gone from 230 pounds to 165 pounds.

Juliette’s biggest victory is no longer needing a wheelchair. IF has brought her health and healing and immense peace.
