Lenda is a Software Test Engineer. She began to struggle with her weight in her teens and her mother put her on several diets. After getting married and having two children, Lenda reached her highest weight and decided to have gastric band surgery. She lost more than 100 pounds, but after having complications, she had it removed.

By 2021, Lenda was ready to give up, when a friend sent her an episode from this podcast. Lenda also listened to Fast Feast Repeat, and she began her IF journey in January of 2022.

Lenda has lost more than 100 pounds, no longer feels guilt about her food choices, her heartburn has disappeared, her inflammation is gone, and she has never felt so good!

Lenda’s advice: “Relax. Have faith in the process and in yourself. IF will come to be your companion for life.”
