Jalene is a preschool teacher, and she also owns a soap business. She struggled with her weight beginning in her thirties. After the pandemic of 2020, she gained a great deal of weight and did not feel well. An endocrinologist discovered that Jalene had also gone through early menopause.

In June of 2021, Jalene learned of IF through a podcast and read Delay, Don’t Deny and Fast Feast Repeat. She has lost more than thirty pounds. Jalene has reversed insulin resistance, lowered her cholesterol, improved her hair and skin, and feels confident for the first time in her life.

Jalene’s advice: Take ‘before’ pictures and measurements! Be sure to fast clean.
