To Catch A Predator Jeffrey Sokol FULL Police Interrogation

To Catch A Predator Jeffrey Sokol FULL Police Interrogation

To Catch A Predator Jeffrey Sokol FULL Police Interrogation

44-year-old Jeff Sokol groomed what he thought was a thirteen-year-old girl named Bailey online. He had many creepy and sexual conversations with her, including asking her if she trims her pubic hair, telling her that he will want to be intimate with her when they meet, and talks of drawing up a “marriage contract“ in order for it to be legal to have sex with her. On October 3rd, 2015, he drove for two-and-a-half hours from his home in Boston to Fairfield, where he had planned to stay with the girl while her mother was away on business.[1][2][3]

Bust
He picked up a pizza, and once at the house, he tried to hug Nellie, but was rejected. The two chat for a while, discussing the pizza, their looks, and the marriage contract briefly. Jeff also takes a pill which he claimed was for his stomach before he ate. A door can be heard creaking in the hidden room, which startles Sokol. When Nellie leaves to investigate, Chris Hansen enters. At first Sokol believed Hansen was the girl's father. During the interview he is arrogant, cold, dismissive and egotistical. He casually (and loudly) eats the pizza during his interview with Hansen, even laughing off many of Hansen's questions.

He went on to offer Chris a slice of pizza during the interview, which Hansen politely declined. During the course of the interview, Chris questioned him about a marriage contract which he believed would absolve him of legal issues. During his police interrogation, he admits to no wrongdoing and blames society on why he was arrested. The detective interviewing Sokol combats nearly every point the latter tried to use to defend himself.

Sokol ultimately was sentenced to seven years and had to serve 30 months. He also had to register as a sex offender for ten years and be on probation for the remainder of his sentence.

Jeff Sokol was very unpopular with lawyers, as he went through three different attorneys. Sokol was sentenced to 30 months, pleading guilty to his crimes of attempted 2nd degree sexual assault, attempted risk of injury to a minor, and enticing a minor by computer.

Sokol's lawyer pointed out that the pill Sokol took while in the sting house was not a sexual enhancement pill, but a Cholestyramine pill, used for IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). According to the lawyer, Sokol had suffered from IBS since high school, and that this made him put on a "mask". Sokolʻs lawyer stressed that Sokol is indeed a "nice guy" who has a job and is nice to his parents (who accompanied Sokol during court hearings). Sokol's lawyer also stated that the content from HvP, broadcast on National TV, YouTube etc., was not really how Sokol normally "behaves", and that Sokol was humiliated, not only from what was uploaded, but also from comments made about him.

Sokol had undergone a psychiatric exam in which electrical sensors were somehow attached to his genitals, and he was then shown pictures of children. Sokol's lawyer stated he "passed with flying colors." It was also said Sokol has learning disabilities, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), and minor psychiatric issues, but does not have any major psychiatric issues, e.g. schizophrenia. It is also noted he was a drinker and smokes pot.

Sokol's lawyer had weak arguments for the judge, at one time saying, "...but a hundred years ago, your honor, the age of consent in the United States was nine...then it was raised to twelve and then to thirteen and then eventually to what it is today." He also said, "So what he is being sent to jail for today, was something that a hundred years ago was not a crime."

Unimpressed, the judge remained still-faced.

When it was Sokol's turn to speak to the judge, he tried to convince the judge that he was a nice person. He then blamed the decoy for being flirty and inviting. He became upset when the judge, while reading Sokol's sentencing, stated he was convinced that Sokol's plan was to get "Bailey" drunk and have sex with her. Apparently exasperated, Sokol reacted by turning his head away and rolling his eyes. It was not mentioned in HvP, but Sokol didn't just bring pizza, but also vodka

To Catch a Predator Dustin McPhetridge FULL Police interview

To Catch a Predator Dustin McPhetridge FULL Police interview

To Catch a Predator Dustin McPhetridge FULL Police interview"I thought you was wantin' to be shaved...down there."-Dustin showing that Barber-ism begins at home.Dustin Jacob McPhetridge appeared on the Bowling Green, Kentucky investigation of To Catch a Predator. He is most known for his disability, as well as his outrageous demands while in prison.Dustin McPhetridge was 26 when he arrived at the sting house with the hope of meeting a thirteen year old girl named "Laura" that he thought he was chatting with online. He had a twisted and sordid chat with the girl wanting to shave her privates, get her drunk and have rough anal sex with her. Dustin, the consummate gentleman, gave Laura a choice on where to put his sperm first (mouth, pussy, or ass). He also wanted her to wear a pair of panties for 2-3 days straight and then send them to him. He even sent a picture of a couple having sex. The icing on the cake was when he said that he wanted to have a threesome with her EIGHT year old sister. [1]After a four hour drive, Dustin waddled into the house with an electric razor and KY Jelly and tried to coax the decoy over to do all the twisted things he had on his mind. He instead got to meet Chris Hansen. Dustin went right into victim mode blaming the girl for the situation, saying she led him on.After his arrest, Dustin pulls every pity string he can ranging from his disability to his weight to getting bullied with Sgt. Dudinskie, the officer in charge of his interview. Dudinskie fires back with details of his chatlog that showed Dustin to be a very disgusting predator that hid behind his disability. [2]He was sentenced to five years in prison for traveling across state lines to meet a minor for sex. He was also sentenced to eight years for possession of child pornography. The sentences ran concurrently but because Dustin wasn’t convicted on the CP charge until two years after his first conviction, he actually ended up with a ten year sentence.[3] Dustin was released on lifetime federal sex-offender probation and now helps to run a convenience store in Surgoinsville, Tennessee.Behind the scenesDustin has cerebral palsy. He demonstrated before, during, and after the sting his devious behavior of using his disability to garner sympathy as well as escape trouble. Casey and the lead KBI investigator even said they felt sorry for Dustin when he saw him struggle to enter the house, but kept in mind his reason for showing up at the house was to molest a child.Partway through serving his sentence, he wrote a letter to his convicting judge saying he had learned his lesson and requesting that he immediately be released from serving the remainder of his sentence. If his request was denied, in lieu of release, he requested a walk-in jacuzzi in his cell. Both requests were denied.Dustin was scheduled to be back in court February 2020 due to probation violations, mainly failing his sex offender treatment program, subsequently being kicked out, and polygraph tests asking if he had viewed child pornography since his release. A series of continuances have been given due to Dustin's health, COVID-19 concerns, and scheduling conflicts.[4] Dustin was given yet another continuance September 2021 because his family had paid vacation plans. Recent photos show that Dustin uses a wheelchair. During examination of his counselor, he revealed that Dustin has spent the most time of any offender in the program because he either refuses to own the actions that led him to this point, or makes excuses on why he can't make any positive changes in his life. Dustin also gained the ire from his peers in his classes because they believed his rehabilitation to be a waste of time. Time that could be better invested in their recovery.[5]TriviaDustin apparently "doesn't like lawyers", as he revealed in his police interrogation.Dustin misunderstood Chris when he said he wasn't law enforcement and couldn't arrest him. Dustin thought Chris meant that no arrests were going to be made, which was obviously not the case. Dustin brings this up in his interrogation, saying that he wishes Chris didn't "lie" to him about him not going to be arrested.Dustin has a large affection for his mother (due to the fact that she talks people out of pressing charges for the things he does), requesting that she be put in custody of him during his trial. The judge denied his request.Affectionately nicknamed “D-MAC” by fans of To Catch A Predator..He made a handful of wrestling DVDs for professional wrestler Ricky Morton. He lost all the digital footage when cops seized his computer since it also housed his collection of CP. He also ran Morton's website. In a now infamous article on the site made a couple of months before his arrest, he pleads with the wrestling community to donate to Morton's legal fees stemming from his arrest for non-payment of child suppo.rt.Ricky Morton references Dustin in an interview about the wrestling DVDs, calling him the "cripple boy". Right after, he talks about seeing Dustin on "the predator show".[6]Despite his disability, he served the most time of all those caught in the Bowling Green sting. This is probably because he committed three different crimes in three different jurisdictions. His most serious was the federal crime of crossing states lines to commit crimes involving childrenBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-stories-2025--5953081/support.

Police Interrogation of Police Officer for the Murder of his Police Chief while on vacation A former Oklahoma officer has been found guilty of murdering his police chief during a conference in FloridaA former Oklahoma police officer was found guilty Wednesday in the death of his police chief while they attended a law enforcement conference in Pensacola, Florida, in 2019.Michael Nealey was found guilty of second-degree murder by a Florida jury, according to CNN affiliate WEAR. Court records show his sentencing is scheduled for April 29.CNN has reached out to Nealey's attorney for comment on the verdict but has not heard back.Nealey was arrested a day after the body of Mannford Police Chief Lucky Miller was found in a hotel room in Pensacola in November, 2019.Escambia County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call about a fight at the hotel where Nealey and Miller were staying for the conference.Prosecutors said during the trial that the medical examiner determined Miller was beaten and strangled or suffocated to death, WEAR reported.Only two people were in that room. One of them is dead and one of them is on trial," said prosecutor Trey Myers during closing arguments, according to the station.Extreme levels of intoxication were involved that night, prosecutors argued, and a forensic toxicologist testified that both men had blood alcohol concentration levels about four times the legal limit to drive, the affiliate reported."It's impossible to get inside the mind of a man who was here for a law enforcement conference who has had half a gallon of vodka to drink and understand his thoughts," added Myers, WEAR reported.Nealey did not take the stand in his defense, the station reported. The trial began Monday with jury selection and lasted a day and a half before the jury returned a guilty verdict.Miller, 44, was chief of police since 2007. Many works in this genre recount high-profile, sensational crimes such as the JonBenét Ramsey killing, the O. J. Simpson murder case, and the Pamela Smart murder, while others are devoted to more obscure slayings.True crime works can impact the crimes they cover and the audience who consumes it.[3] The genre is often criticized for being insensitive to the victims and their families and is described by some as trash culture.Podcasts with a true crime theme are a recent trend. The 2014 true crime podcast Serial broke podcasting records when it achieved 5 million downloads on iTunes quicker than any previous podcast.[24][25][26] As of September 2018, it has been downloaded more than 340 million times.[27] It has been followed by other true crime podcasts such as Dirty John, My Favorite Murder, Up and Vanished, Parcast series such as Cults, Female Criminals and Mind's Eye, Someone Knows Something, and many more.[28]Podcasts have now expanded to more sites such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and many more. They exist to provide others an easy way to learn about true crime murders and mysteries. Spotify has an expanding number of true crime podcasts with Rotten Mango, Conviction American Panic, Bed of Lies, Catch & Kill among many more. This genre has been on the rise as psychologist, Amanda Vicary, said her report found “women were most drawn to true crime stories that gave them tips for spotting danger and staying alive”.[29]It's been speculated that fear could play a role in the popularity of true crime podcasts. These podcasts often recount horrific crimes, which triggers the fear response and the release of adrenaline in the body. Due to the possibility of bingeing podcasts, adrenaline rushes can be experienced in quick bursts.[30] Another explanation for the popularity of true crime podcasts is due to the serialized nature of crime, in which events happen one after another. Podcasts that explore a crime episodically can utilize this aspect in their storytelling#TrueCrime #TrueCrimeStories #TrueCrimePodcastBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-stories-2025--5953081/support.

The Bever Family Massacre: 911 Call and Police Interrogation.

The Bever Family Massacre: 911 Call and Police Interrogation.

The Bever Family Massacre: 911 Call and Police Interrogation.Teen Brothers Wanted To Become Famous Killers — And They Started By Butchering Their FamilyRobert and Michael Bever thought they would kill their family quickly, like ninjas, before embarking on a cross-country murder spree. For the teenaged Bever brothers, the goal was notoriety. They wanted to have articles written about them. They wanted to be feared. They wanted to kill 500 people, believing the act would make them like gods. Unfortunately for the family of Robert, 18, and Michael, 16, the brothers kicked off their plan at home. On the night of July 22, 2015, they broke out knives they had been stashing, and set about trying to kill each of the seven other members of their household in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. They planned to cut their family down like ninjas, with swift and silent killing blows — all while awaiting a shipment of ammunition, according to authorities on “Killer Siblings” on Oxygen. A bloody, messy reality set in quickly, however, when the boys went after their first victim, 13-year-old Crystal. As one of the Bever boys would later tell police, “It wasn’t like it was on the TV — you cut them once and they die.” After Michael lured his sister into a bedroom under the pretense of showing her something on a computer, Robert grabbed her from behind and slashed her throat. Crystal fought back, and he plunged his knife into her abdomen and arms. The boys’ mother, April, 44, heard the commotion and came upstairs. She was met by Robert, who unleashed a frenzy of at least 48 knife strikes that resulted in “more wounds than I’ve ever seen in any body, ever,” according to one investigator. All the while, somehow, Crystal crawled away to try to protect her younger siblings. The brothers then moved on, room by room. Father David Bever, 52, was stabbed 28 times, and suffered blunt force injuries all over his body, Tulsa World reported. Michael later told police that Robert stabbed their dad with “the biggest knife he had,” according to “Killer Siblings.” Their 7-year-old brother, Christopher, was stabbed six times. When they overtook their younger sister Victoria, 18, they stabbed her 18 times in both sides of her neck, chest, back and upper arm. Daniel, 12, managed to lock himself in a room, where he called 911. Michael managed to convinced his younger brother to open the door by feigning that he was also being attacked by Robert. The brothers came in and stabbed the boy nine times in the back, shoulder and chest. Robert then returned his attention to Crystal, who was bleeding from her neck, arm and abdominal wounds, and tried to finish her off by suffocation. The older brother also planned to cut off his 2-year-old sister, Autumn’s, head, according to local outlet Oklahoma News on 6. At that moment, however, police began banging on the front door. Detective Brett Burton of the Broken Arrow Police Department told producers that when he responded to the call, he could see blood on the sidewalk and the front step, and he heard a faint “help me” coming from inside. It was Crystal. The 13-year-old clung to life, telling police that her brothers had attacked her family. Autumn remained sleeping upstairs, unharmed, throughout the whole ordeal. The brothers escaped out the back of the home, but they were quickly tracked down by a police K-9 in a wooded area. In police photos featured on “Killer Siblings,” Robert and Michael Bever are covered in mud and blood; their clothes are torn and even appear to have bits of flesh on them. “They weren’t upset. They weren’t distraught,” Burton said. “It’s almost like they had a sense of cockiness.” “It looked to me like [one of the boys] had a smirk on his face,” Corporal Leon Calhoun told local ABC affiliate KTUL.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-stories-2025--5953081/support.
