What does it mean to be a civil rights activist in Norway, and how can things be made better going forward, both in the USA and in Norway? Does Norway even have civil rights issues or racism issues that need to be discussed?

Rahwa Yohaness is a public speaker, activist, social critic and the founder of Manifold, an organization promoting diversity with a special focus on empowering and creating spaces for Black and minority women and youth in Norway. She also works at African Innovation Week as the Partnerships and Events Coordinator, as a program director at the Oslo Afro Arts Festival. Rahwa is also the Political Advisor and Press Secretary at the African Student Association at the University in Oslo.
