There is a silent pandemic that is also impacting & affecting tens of thousands & potentially hundreds of thousands of people around the globe…that main stream media is not covering. It's deadly all the same.

How intentional are you at checking in on your family & friends to see how they're holding up?

Please stay connected, whatever that means to you, regardless of future decisions from local or federal governments. The consequences of not staying connected emotionally & relationally w/your social support network can be catastrophic. Stay connected regardless of what happens going forward. Our social network (not to be confused w/social media) is proven to be absolutely critical to our mental & emotional well being.

If you don't deal w/your emotional issues, your family & friends will.

Unaddressed emotional issues don't get better over time; they actually compound.

Emotionally healthy people help heal other people emotionally.
