Eating carbs can cause blood sugar swings, that's why you can have lots of energy when you eat carbs and after a few hours you feel angry. How to identify if you are experiencing anxiety due to carbohydrates: If you feel better after avoiding these foods for a few weeks, then it's a good idea to continue avoiding them.

The carnivore diet can also improve your mental health by reducing anxiety, improving focus and concentration, and increasing energy levels. Natalie West suggests eating purely beef as it contains important amino acids to build lean muscle and feed your brain.
