According to Coach Bronson Dant, if you are on the carnivore diet and want to get enough protein in your diet, it's important that you eat at least one gram of protein per pound of lean body mass.

How much fat should I eat on a Carnivore Diet?

In addition to protein, how much dietary fat should you eat? According to Dr Bergman (and many other experts), the recommended daily intake for saturated fat is 1 gram per kilogram (2.2 pounds) of lean body mass which translates into about 1/3 cup per day for someone who weighs 150 lbs or 70 kg and eats no carbs at all (more info here). This can be adjusted according to other factors such as activity level and sleep quality, but it seems like a good starting point for most people right now!
