Britton has been a strength and conditioning specialist over the last 3 decades. His clients range from professional athletes across multiple different teams to Hollywood actors throughout the world. Britton’s work has had an extreme impact on the NBA and many of its players.

After a near-death experience in 2022, it was declared that he would probably never walk again and would be reliant on the all-so-powerful Vancomycin antibiotic for the rest of his life.

Through the power of determination, he was able to heal himself through nutrition and come off of all medicines , regain full mobility of his legs and resume daily functions. He has made it his life’s passion to help people worldwide heal their mind and body through the choices they make daily.

Britton has obtained multiple training certifications ranging from NASM certified fitness specialist to RTS resistance training specialist program. He studied Nutrition and Wellness at Black Hills State University where he also started as a defensive linebacker.

Hailing from New York, Britton is on a relentless mission to impact the world with his Modified Carnivore and OMAD approach to life.
