The case has been investigated by the Gering Police Department, but as the years go by without answers, I believe it is time that Nebraska State Police step forward and take over the investigation. I am asking that you prioritize the transfer of this case to the correct department.
It is not too late to find Chance and give his family the closure and justice they deserve.
