welcome to episode 6!!!

this week we had friend of the podcast Harvey Nelson on the show! Harvey is a very cool guy that is just awesome to be around and chat with, so it was great to be able to have him on. He is recently coming off his marathon debut at Boston, where he ran 2:14 (with a 70 second toilet break!!!) and was 18th overall and 5th American. he also has a 61:46 half marathon to his name!

he lives and trains still in Flagstaff, AZ, and works as an online coach for "McKirdy Trained". we go through lots of interesting NAU talk as George and Harv catch up and reflect on creating a dynasty, with lots of interesting tidbits along the way.
