Good or Bad Move For Jeremy Buendia

Jeremy Buendia returned to the Olympia stage this year after a prolonged break, showcasing an impressive blend of conditioning and structure. Despite his commendable performance, he fell short of securing the Men's Physique title. Following the conclusion of the 2023 Mr. Olympia, Buendia reflected on the competition and outlined his plans for 2024 in a recent YouTube video.

After losing to Brandon Hendrickson in 2018, Buendia took a hiatus from the sport. Fans were thrilled when the four-time Men's Physique champion announced his comeback to the Olympia stage late last year.

In the 2023 competition, Buendia faced tough opponents in Hendrickson and the then-Olympia champion, Erin Banks. Despite sharing his physique updates and a full day of eating, Buendia seemed poised to contend for the top spot or secure a position within the top five.
