Triggers are conditioning; moods are a natural part of the flow of life. In this episode, we talk about how to differentiate between triggered reactions and the natural emotions that our bodies are producing as part of their innate intelligence. We talk about how to live in alignment with triggers and emotions, for both non-Emotionals and emotionals. We hope this serves you so well; we all could really use a dose of dealing with our inner lives so much more peacefully right now.
