Six months later she was moved out and waiting to finalize her divorce proceeding. She had also begun dating again. That would turn out to be a grave decision. As Alisa embarked on a new life, Trevor manipulated his children into giving him access to his wife's new home under the guise of "fixing their family". When in reality he was planning a murder-suicide. His control didn't end at his arrest...it extended all the way through his trial where he insisted on cross-examining Alisa.
