Nancy Spungen was a disturbed, troubled young woman who grew up in a middle-class Jewish family in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She moved to NYC, where Nancy discovered punk rock music. Her life was forever changed. Nancy struggled with heroin addiction. She went to London in 1977, where Nancy was introduced to Sex Pistols bass guitarist Sid Vicious. The pair would engage in a toxic, co-dependent relationship centering around drug addiction. In 1978, Nancy is found murdered in NYC's famed Chelsea Hotel. Did the rock star boyfriend kill Nancy?
