As Alex Murdaugh sits in jail awaiting trial, the Murdaughs’ estate – often referred to as Moselle – where the alleged murder of his wife and son took place may soon change hands.

Just months after it was listed for $3.9 million in February, a mysterious buyer emerged to place the property under contract.
