Meet Dante Andrade, a successful real estate investor and operator who has been making waves in the industry since 2011 after becoming frustrated with traditional investments and wanting to create passive income. Starting by managing his own single-family portfolio, he eventually transitioned to owning large multifamily assets and eventually founding Touro Company. In addition to running his own company, Dante acts as a consultant and buyer-broker for several investor groups pursuing multifamily assets in Dallas-Fort Worth and throughout Texas.

We always say how important having a mentor is in this industry, and Dante fills that role for Neander. He is the one who first ignited Neander’s passion for multifamily investments. Dante enlightens us with a fascinating story about his first multifamily acquisition and the importance of having his own mentor who helped shift his mindset. Meanwhile, Italo shows up just in time as Dante wonders where his cup of coffee is. This week, he uses a French press to brew a special coffee bean that the team found in Fredericksburg, Texas. With the French press, the coffee brews a bit longer and allows more of the oils to come through. While the boys have already tried this Costa Rican bean brewed on the V60, they say the flavors come through much stronger today. Will Dante approve?

For our longtime friend Dante Andrade, we chose a coffee that Neander found during one of his RV road trips with the family, in the hill country region of Texas.

Dante is passionate about his French Press and so we decided to brew this coffee using that method.

Score: 9.5! This coffee blew our minds!!! We had tried it previously using thte V60 method, which was already amazing, but this time around, we did it with the French press, with coarser grounds and OMG! This coffee was able to taste even BETTER! The sweet notes of strawberries and Mango were like a punch on our taste buds! If you like a refreshing coffee, look no further!
