The beans, generously gifted by their dear friend Dante after his visit to Colombia, offer a medium roast full of fruity notes and a light body. It's the perfect pick-me-up for those mid-day coffee cravings we simply can't resist!

Coffee Bio: Pergamino Edici'on Especial
Medium Roast
Process: Washed
Notes: Ripe fruits, cocoa nibs, floral white tea
Preparation: 30 grams of coffee at a medium grind (not too coarse, not too fine) and 200ml of water. Once brewed, add another 100ml of water at 90F to complete the recipe.
