Matthew Roth, a finance graduate from Florida State University, didn't waste any time jumping into the commercial real estate scene. Spotting opportunity in Dallas, he started making waves with a small brokerage firm in Frisco, Texas. Soon, he shifted his focus to the multifamily sector, joining the reputable Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap. Today, with over $250 million in transactions under his belt, Matthew is not only making waves as an accomplished broker but also as a multifamily investor.

This week, the young powerhouse graces us with his refreshing perspective, drawing inspiration from the likes of Adam Sandler and Snoop Dog. With his magnetic "gift for gab," Matthew has mastered the powerful art of cultivating meaningful relationships. This ability has not only extended his network but also propelled his success.
