Bangtao MMA Wrestling Coach on Working w/ Izzy & Alex || FRANK HICKMAN

Frank Hickman is the co-founder and Head Wrestling Coach at Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA on the island of Phuket in The Land of Smiles (THAILAND).

Born and bred in Castle Hayne, North Carolina, Frank's passion for wrestling started in high school where he posted an incredible record of 201-23 and collected 2 regional titles along the way. This success led him to attend Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania where he wrestled at D1 standard and was seeded 9th at the NCAA Championships during the 2012/13 season.

After a brief stint as a car salesman, his brother George Hickman sold him on the dream of living and training in Phuket, the rest is history…
